Se Yeon graduated with her Bachelor of Education and later completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Auckland. Se Yeon is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that promotes children’s self-esteem and supports their growth through individual strengths. Her goal is to ensure every student feels happy, valued, and excited to come to school each day.

As a member of the Freemans Bay School teaching team for several years, Se Yeon has loved being part of a vibrant, inclusive community. She values the opportunity to work with enthusiastic learners and to collaborate with passionate, supportive colleagues.

Beyond the classroom, Se Yeon teaches keyboard at a music school on the North Shore. She loves playing badminton, trying new activities with her friends, and engaging in arts and crafts.
