Maryam is an experienced primary school teacher and has a passion for providing positive learning experiences for all children. She values the importance of relationships between whanau and the community. With her additional studies in Special Education she focuses on inclusion for all and strives to continue learning about new skills and strategies. Her ongoing community work has helped make connections with the various organisations in Auckland and their families. Coming from a diverse background, she values culture, language and experiences of all in the classroom.
