Claire is passionate about supporting Year 1 and 2 students, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and develop a strong sense of belonging. She is committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment that nurtures each child’s confidence, encourages growth and promotes some fun too. Claire’s goal is to help each learner feel happy, valued, and excited to come to school every day.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Claire completed a Graduate Diploma of Primary Teaching and later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. Having recently started at Freemans Bay School, she feels grateful to be part of such a collaborative, supportive team.

Outside school, Claire loves getting in to nature, spending time with friends, eating delicious food and getting out and about with her partner and greyhound
