WEDNESDAYS – Taekwon-Do with Brendan Doogan  Years 3-6

Taekwon-Do, with international instructor, Brendan Doogan is back at Freemans Bay School!  Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art, a version of unarmed combat designed for the purpose of self defense. We learn how to keep ourselves and others fit and safe.  Students learn stances, punches, blocks and kicks. They exercise and enjoy each other’s company in a constructive learning environment, hearing stories and sharing examples about how we should act in our daily lives.
