Sunflower Yoga 

The sessions Includes a class topic with a theme to learn the principles of yoga and mindfulness , movement , breathing and relaxation 
For this Monday after school we have an option this term where the class has craft time, movement & relaxation. This is a great way to take home a physical item that is based on our class theme. Great way to take yoga and mindfulness home. If it is available to you, I would encourage the craft option , as it has been requested by children following their suggestion too, there is lots of amazing activities to take home and use to benefit the yoga and mindfulness learning journey 

Who: Year 0 to Year 6 

Start Date: Week 2 Monday 1st of May 2023 

End Date: Week 6 Monday 29th of May 2023 (Cherish will be travelling out of Auckland in Week 7) 

Place: School Hall 

Time: 3:15 to 4:15PM 

Cost: The cost with craft is : $75  to cover cost of materials x 5 weeks 
The cost for a class without crafts is $59 x 5 weeks

Special note: Minimum of 10 students and a maximum of 20. On Day 1 you can bring a buddy for FREE!
