Areas of leadership: Whānau Rau – Co-Team Leader 

Over the last 20+ years, Caroline has had a diverse educational career having worked in both rural and urban schools in Taupo, Auckland, Napier, Northland and Waiheke Island.  She has taught across all year levels and has developed a passion for supporting younger tamariki to thrive in their early schooling years. Her previous school was a shared space school and she strongly believes in the positive impact collaboration has on accelerating student learning. Caroline strives to ensure every child feels safe and valued through meaningful relationships. She loves to support each child to develop their own positive learning story. Poipoia te kākano, I puāwai – nuture the seed and it will blossom. 

She is fortunate to have a very supportive family, and they all enjoy reading, sailing and other outdoor adventures.
