Areas of leadership: Assistant Principal / Whānau Rau – Co-Team Leader 

Caroline is an experienced school leader, who has led teams and whole-school initiatives that support effective teaching and positive outcomes for learners. With over 20 years of teaching experience across all age levels, she has a strong understanding of how children learn and the importance of programme design to ensure every child succeeds.  Collaboration is at the heart of her approach. Caroline believes in working together—with staff, students, and the wider community—to create an engaging, empowering, and enriching learning environment where every learner can thrive.   Caroline is committed to creating smooth and positive transitions for young learners, working closely with local Early Childhood Education providers to ensure children feel confident and ready as they begin their school journey.
